Track Your Order
After your Dewery order has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking usually becomes active within 24-48 hours after the carrier receives the package.
How to Track Your Package
- Find the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
- Open the carrier tracking link included in the email, or use a standard tracking service such as 17TRACK.
- Enter your tracking number to view the latest delivery status.
When Tracking Has Not Updated
International tracking can take 24-48 hours to update after shipment. During customs processing or carrier transfers, tracking may pause for several days before updating again. This is normal for standard international shipping.
Estimated Delivery Times
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery is 7-15 business days for the United States and Canada, and 10-20 business days for other destinations, depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local carrier conditions.
