2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are proud to offer Free Standard Global Shipping on all orders. There are no hidden fees or extra shipping charges added at checkout.

  • Target Country (United States & Canada): Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days.
  • Rest of the World: Estimated delivery time is 10-20 business days depending on your location.

*Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier issues.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can follow your package’s journey through our website or standard international tracking portals.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Dewery is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes applied to your order by your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Lost Packages

Dewery is liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, or if your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and include photos of the damage so we can assist you with a replacement or refund promptly.
