1. 30-Day Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your crystal must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original premium packaging.

2. Natural Variations (Authenticity Disclaimer)

At DEWERY, we celebrate the raw beauty of nature. Please note that since all our products are made from 100% natural crystals, each stone is unique. Variations in internal texture, color, and natural mineral patterns are not considered defects but rather proof of authenticity. If you are unsatisfied with the unique natural aesthetic patterns of your piece, you are still welcome to initiate a standard return within our 30-day window under our standard return conditions.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Note: We require high-resolution photos or a short video of the damaged item and packaging to process insurance claims and arrange a replacement promptly.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and gift cards. Sale items are eligible for returns under our standard 30-day policy, provided they meet the original condition requirements.

5. Return Shipping & Address

To start a return, please contact our support team at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All returns must be authorized and shipped to our corporate verification center: Building 5, Green Valley Information Industry Park, Lishui City, Zhejiang Province, China. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned crystal, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
